The room was new-fashioned and neat, had Wi-Fi, a writing table, and a chair. The staff was willing to help and accommodated all our queries. It was in a great and unbeatable location feet from a Norwegian visual arts museum...

In overall the room was big and with beautiful mountain view and well resourced kitchen, as for instance.

I enjoyed a comfortable stay with a good surprise of free waffles in the evening. The staff were attentive and quick to assist with recommendations. The secure Wi-Fi was much appreciated, and the nearby attractions were easily accessible.
Room needed updating.

Staff were helpful & friendly - hotel was easy to find and well-located. Bed was extremely comfortable
Breakfast was very mean and was cleared away at 9 am sharp!! Pricing policy of hotel seems rather unfair. My room cost different rates on different days, on the third day (but I didn't stay this night) the price was double that of the first day!!

Location close to the town-proper, great breakfast buffet.
Maybe I was there on the wrong Saturday night but the road-facing rooms are noisy right throught the night, you won't get much sleep if random noise and yelling wakes you up.

Location was good. Free clothes washing facilities.
The pillows in Norwegian hotels are terrible...too lumpy and too soft! The family room we stayed in was roomy but noisey. We often heard other guests coming and going in the middle of the night

The evening waffle surprise added a good touch after a long day of exploring Tromsø. The warm atmosphere in the common areas made it easy to relax.
The Wi-Fi connection was quite poor, making it difficult to stay connected .

It is cheap compared to other accommodation in tromso and fairly well located - you can walk to most of the attractions. It's also very close to the supermarket if you want to make your own meals. Our apartment was small but had everything you need.
There is a hidden charge for using the kitchen which seems ridiculous in a self catering apartment. We ignored it as the apartment had been advertised with a kitchen which is why we chose it but I am waiting to see if we've been charged.

Small and very very quiet. Parking in the tunnel may seem quaint at first, but is absolutely brilliant!

The cheapest hotel at that time in Tromso. Centrally situated. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and quiet room.
Parking is a problem anywhere in Tromso, you always have to pay also at the hotel which has only 4 payed parking places.
